What are natchsticks?
natchsticks are a premium collection of healthy and nutritious fruit and nut snacks for all the family to enjoy. A raw, guilt-free delicious treat that are easy to enjoy on the go.
Why are they called natchsticks?
natchsticks are shaped into slim bars to resemble sticks, similar to matchsticks. This is a unique concept reflected by it’s name but also incorporating part of the founders name Natalie, the brands strap line naturally delicious. Natch is also an adverb for the meaning ‘naturally’ dating back to 1942.
Where are natchsticks produced?
Our entire collection is handmade and hand-wrapped by Natalie herself at her home in Chelmsford, Essex.
What is the shelf-life?
Our natchsticks currently have a shelf-life of four weeks, but we are hoping to achieve longer in the future. Natalie was keen to start promoting and offering you these snacks now and we will re-visit this in the near future.
Are natchsticks Trademark Approved?
Yes we have officially trademarked our debut product Natchsticks.
Are natchsticks healthy?
Yes, when eaten in moderation and combined with a healthy balanced diet. Each natchstick is under 100 calories and the nutritional information differs from flavour to flavour. We designed our product to aid a healthy lifestyle: with balanced diet and exercise. Banana & Cinnamon – our most popular flavour. Smooth and sweet. Grab on your way out of the door in the morning for a breakfast quick-fix to fuel your day.
Cacao & Peppermint – One of the two cacao flavours available. A scrumptious cacao after dinner mint treat.

How do I qualify for a discount code?

Do you offer free shipping?
CM1 postcodes yes but outside of this area regretfully no, but we are keen to re-visit this in the near future.
When will my order arrive?
Upon receipt of your order, please allow 7 working days. If you need your order in a hurry please advise us and we will try our best to get it to you sooner.
How do I track my order?
Your parcel will be delivered via Royal Mail, First Class.
Our packaging is designed to be delivered easily through your letter-box, however, in the event of us not being able to deliver Royal Mail will leave a red 'something for you' card. The card explains why we couldn’t deliver and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a Redelivery.
We'll also leave a red card if we've left it with a neighbour, or in your Safeplace.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the UK as standard, but international orders are also an option.

What is your Exchange and Returns policy?
In the event of your order being damaged on arrival, we will pay the postage for the goods to be returned for a full refund.
If the goods are lost in transit, you will be offered either a replacement order or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Due to health and safety restrictions we cannot re-stock returned food items, they must be disposed of. As a reminder, please note that our products are best kept in a cool, dry place
Is the environment important to nat&co.?
Yes and we are aim to consider the impact in all areas of our business. All of our packaging is fully recyclable and FSC certified.

Yes, and we’re proud to say there are only a maximum of 6 per flavour. We want to be completely transparent to you about what are inside natchsticks!

Each stick is under 100 kcals. Specific calorie information is available on each products packaging.

NUTS - Cashews are in both flavours
